What is Ujeedo?

A grounded, creative experience in nature—

designed for artists, movers, and anyone who needs a reset.

Arrive

You'll be welcomed with a cold-pressed juice or herbal drink

and given time to settle into the space.

Move

We'll begin with 45 minutes of gentle, somatic yoga guided outdoors by one of our certified yoga instructors.

Animals like goats, horses, and dogs roam freely-adding a natural, grounding element to the practice. You'll move with the sounds, textures, and energy of the land.

Wander

After yoga, the space opens up. You can connect with the animals, take photos, journal, or just rest. Optional sketch or journal prompts will be available to explore your experience.

Create

We'll gather under the trees on blankets.

An art table will be set up with simple prompts like "draw what your body feels like." There will be a photo zone with film/disposable cameras to capture the moment if you'd like.

A soft place to land. To feel your breath,

meet the animals, and let creativity unfold naturally.
