Ujeedo

Muwahib Zaki Obied - Founding Director

Muwahib is the visionary behind Ujeedo, a movement-based wellness experience rooted in intentional living, creativity, and collective healing. As someone who has navigated her own journey with mental health and personal growth, she created Ujeedo out of a deep need for accessible, honest spaces that care for the body, mind, and soul. With a background in behavioral work, somatic practice, and a passion for community, she brings a unique blend of structure and softness to every experience. Her energy is ethereal but grounded — a reflection of the kind of healing she wants others to feel. For Muwahib, Ujeedo isn’t just a brand — it’s a calling. A space to move through what you’re carrying, together.

Dakota Pandora - Yoga Instructor

Trained in the sacred foothills of Rishikesh, India, Dakota draws from a rich tapestry of traditions—Hatha, Vinyasa, breathwork, walking meditation, and beyond. Her offerings are more than movement; they’re rituals of reconnection. Whether flowing through Vinyasa or grounding in stillness, she teaches with intention, deep presence, and a quiet reverence for the body’s wisdom. Join her Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM at 470 W 200 N, where each class becomes a soft return to self.

Avery is the steady pulse behind Ujeedo’s most introspective moments. With deep experience in shadow work, guided journaling, and breathwork she brings a grounded yet gentle energy to every gathering. Her work invites participants to move inward-uncovering, integrating, softening, through carefully held practices. With Avery, reflection becomes ritual, and healing becomes a collective breath.
