Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ujeedo, we pour love and intention into every gathering we create. While all ticket sales are considered final, we understand that life happens-and we always want to show up for our community with care.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically will not be granted for situations outside of our control-such as arriving on the wrong date or being unable to locate the venue (all details are always shared ahead of time to avoid this!)

That said, we will always do our best to make it right. In most cases, we’re happy to offer a complimentary ticket to a future Ujeedo event as a gesture of appreciation for your support.
